Shipping & Refund

Here you will find information on sales, shipping and returns and refunds of goods from our range.

We differentiate here in sales between wedding dresses and accessories that can be purchased either used or as new goods via our webshop or on site.

Both have different sales, shipping and returns conditions.

Sale

All sales are made by card payment or bank transfer only. We do not accept cash.

Shipping

We charge €10.00 for shipping our goods.
Our shipping service provider is DHL and shipping is insured up to €500.

Returns & Refunds

The exchange and refund of all wedding dresses is generally excluded. The offered goods are purchased as seen or pictured.

Accessories that are not labeled as new goods cannot be refunded or exchanged. The goods offered are purchased as seen or pictured.

The following applies to our products marked as new: The purchase of these products can be revoked for the statutory period of 14 days from the date of delivery and can therefore be returned without the obligation to give reasons. We charge € 10.00 for the return shipment of these products (in the event of a return).

Shipping costs for outward and return shipment will not be refunded and will be offset against the remaining refund.
