Appointment booking
Your first fitting appointment is completely free of charge. You can choose your preferred date in our calendar. You will receive an automatic confirmation immediately after booking and a reminder by email 3 days in advance.
If something comes up, you can cancel or reschedule your appointment yourself using the link in the confirmation email. Cancellation or rescheduling of appointments is generally free of charge up to 48 hours before the appointment. However, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of €50 if you cancel, reschedule or fail to show up less than 48 hours before the appointment.

First trial
Fitting time: 75 minutes

- short preliminary talk about possible go's or no go's, wishes, favorite models etc.
- joint dress selection by bride & consultant of max. 6 dresses
- we go into the fitting room together, help you put on the dresses and always treat you to an exclusive moment in the respective dress before we open the curtain.
- Favorites round: At the end, you are welcome to try on your (max.) top 3 dresses for a second round.
- If you find YOUR favorite dress and say "YES" to the dress, we invite you to toast to it.
- You still need time to think about it - no problem! We will give you the numbers of your favorite models as well as all further information on how you can decide on a dress with us afterwards.
- There was nothing? That's not a problem either. Our range changes daily. Why don't you come back a second time and book a second fitting?
Deluxe sample
Dauer der Anprobe: bis 120 Minuten
Kosten: 100 Euro (50 Euro werden beim Kauf eines Kleides angerechnet)
Du möchtest gern direkt deutlich mehr Zeit? Dann ist die Deluxe-Version unserer Anprobe genau das richtige für dich!
– Begrüßung mit einer Runde Sekt für alle (die wollen ;)).
– Auf dich als Braut wartet ein Goodie-Bag mit absoluten Nützlichen Geschenken im Wert von 50 Euro.
– Vorgespräch über eventuelle Go’s oder gern auch No Go’s, Wünsche, Favoritenmodelle etc.
– gemeinsame Kleidauswahl von Braut & Beraterin. Wenn du möchtest, können deine Begleitpersonen auch gern mitkommen. Wie viele Kleider wir anziehen, hängt ganz individuell davon ab, wieviel Zeit du dir in einem Kleid nehmen magst. Sicher können wir aber bis zu 10 Modelle anziehen.
– Favoritenrunde: Am Ende darfst du deine (max.) Top 3 Kleider gern noch eine zweite Runde anziehen.
– Findest du DEIN Wandelgewand und sagst “JA” zum Kleid, laden wir euch nochmals gern ein darauf anzustoßen.
– Wenn ihr möchtet ist nun die perfekte Zeit für Erinnerungsfotos. Wir machen gern Gruppenfotos von euch.
– Du brauchst noch Bedenkzeit – gar kein Problem! Wir geben dir die Nummern deiner Favoritenmodelle sowie alle weiteren Informationen darüber wie du dich im Nachgang für ein Kleid bei uns entscheiden kannst, mit an die Hand.
– Es war nichts dabei? Auch das ist gar nicht schlimm. Unser Sortiment ändert sich täglich. Schau doch mit etwas Abstand gern noch ein zweites Mal vorbei & buche dir eine Zweitanprobe.

Second try-on
Fitting time: 75 minutes
Cost: 50 euros
- Would you like to come to us a second or third time, would you like to compare your favorites from the first round at your leisure or simply need a little more time?
- The cost of the second fitting will be charged in full if you buy something from us during the fitting. Cash or remaining payment is excluded.
The fitting procedure is basically the same as for the first fitting, unless you have other wishes. We will respond to you individually - now you already know us ;).
Accessory try-on
Fitting time: 45 minutes
Cost: 25 euros
Are you just missing a little something to complete your outfit?
If you are only looking for: tops, sweaters/jackets, veils, jewelry, then please book an accessory fitting.
- The costs for the accessory fitting will be charged in full if you buy something from us during the fitting. Cash or remaining payment is excluded.
- Please bring the rest of your outfit with you so that we can make sure that the chosen accessories match in color.
Note: We do not sell shoes.
After your fitting comes the adjustment
We now also have our own tailor's shop for alterations and adjustments to our wedding dresses in Hamburg. This means that we can also offer you this all-round service from a single source. If you find a dress with us, we will give you the opportunity to make an appointment for alterations after your purchase. However, our tailor shop is not located directly at our premises, but at Schlankreye 47, 20144 Hamburg.
In Berlin, once you have purchased your dress, we will provide you with a list of dressmaker recommendations throughout the city. You can then book an appointment there to have your wedding dress fitted.
You can hand in your dress for cleaning at both of our locations. Whether before or after the wedding. The cleaning costs a flat rate of 90 euros. Please contact us in advance so that we can arrange a time to hand over your dress. Please note that we only accept dresses for cleaning that have been purchased from us or are to be sold.
